Co-hosted by the Office of Equity and the Citizen's Advisory Commission on Disability, the job fair will take place in October and will focus on hiring from the local disability talent pool.
Mayor Rex Richardson said, "People with disabilities are among the most talented – having to create ways to exist and thrive in a society that often does not meet their basic needs. It's time employers have an opportunity to hire from this pool of talent, full of untapped potential. I encourage our local businesses to sign up to participate in this job fair."
