Cygnet Theatre Announces The Cast and Creative Team of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma!

SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Cygnet Theatre proudly presents the classic American musical Oklahoma! by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. Directed by Sean Murray, the production will run from June 11 to July 27, 2025 at Cygnet Theatre and will be the final Cygnet production show in Old Town.

"Oklahoma! Is one of the great, classic American musicals," says Oklahoma! Director Sean Murray."With actors playing instruments, an intimate stage setting to explore and story telling in the unique theatre environment of the Old Town stage, we're excited to bring you a traditional Oklahoma! in a new, theatrical and unexpected way.

In addition to direction by Sean Murray, the creative team for Cygnet's production of Oklahoma! includes: choreography by Jill Gorrie; music direction by Patrick Marion; fight choreography by Jordan Miller, scenic design by Mathys Herbert, sound design by TJ Fucella, lighting design by Anne E. McMills, props design by Jessica Cuoto, costume design by Zoë Trautmann, and wig/make up design by Peter Herman. Matthew Bantock is the Production Stage Manager and the Assistant Director is Jesse Marchese.
