Dr. Ju Dong Yang joins the Los Angeles Gastroenterology Group

LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Dr. Ju Dong Yang is the newest gastroenterologist to join the Los Angeles Gastroenterology Group. He is a graduate of Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine in Korea. He has completed his internal medicine training at the University of Arkansas and the gastroenterology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. He is currently a full-time faculty at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and has an appointment as the Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen UCLA School of Medicine. He is actively involved in the clinical activities related to the discipline of hepatology including the orthotopic liver transplant program at the Cedar-Sinai Medical Center. Additionally his research is focused on the area of hepato-celluar carcinoma. We are very fortunate to have him available for hepatology and GI consultative service on a limited time basis on Saturdays for the L.A. Gastro Group.
