iSmile Orthodontics - San Ramon Trains Its Whole Team on AI, Invites Other Practices to Join

SAN RAMON, Calif. - Californer -- Continuing education in dentistry usually targets licensed clinicians only, leaving front-desk staff, treatment coordinators, and administrative teams — roles with some of the highest turnover in a dental office — out of the conversation. Dr. Ron Hassanzadeh, founder of iSmile Orthodontics in San Ramon, is changing that with his September 24 seminar on AI in the dental office.

The free event, called the "September Soirée," is held at The Bridges Golf Club, 9000 S Gale Ridge Rd, San Ramon, CA 94582, beginning with a 5:30 p.m. social hour, followed by dinner and a presentation at 6:30 p.m. Unlike most CE programs, it's open to every dental office role — not just dentists or hygienists — and to staff from any local practice, not only iSmile's own team.

"If you only train the dentists, you're not really training the practice," said Dr. Hassanzadeh. "The people answering phones and scheduling patients deal with new AI tools just as much as anyone in the operatory. Leaving them out sends a message about whose growth actually matters."
