TEMECULA, Calif. — People searching for free things to do in Temecula this weekend have a new option focused on health, community and hands-on wellness.

Fun And Easy Health will host the Temecula Valley Wellness & Longevity Event on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. in Temecula. Admission is free.

Hosted by Brittany Poliska, founder of Fun And Easy Health in Murrieta, the gathering is designed for adults, families and local residents who want practical ways to learn more about whole-person wellness without spending the day sitting through lectures.

Guests can participate in Qi Gong and Tai Chi, explore wellness activities, enjoy the pool, bring a favorite healthy dish for an optional community potluck and connect with people interested in healthier living throughout Temecula Valley.

"People are surrounded by health information, but many still feel unsure about what to do first," said Poliska, a holistic kinesiologist and health coach. "I wanted to create a day where people can get outside, ask questions, experience different wellness ideas and leave with a clearer sense of direction."

Visitors can also learn more about Fun And Easy Health services, including holistic kinesiology, muscle-response observations, digestive wellness education and personalized wellness sessions. Select products and experiences may be available for purchase, including Celtic sea salt, supplements and aura photos.

The event is intended to make wellness approachable rather than overwhelming. It also gives people curious about holistic health an opportunity to meet Poliska before scheduling a private session.
