Based in the company's Fremont, California headquarters, McDonough will work closely with teams across the organization to support operational excellence, strategic growth, and continued customer success.

John brings an exceptional combination of leadership experience, operational expertise, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. He served 25 years as U.S. Marine infantry officer, where he led complex operations and built strong organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer within the energy sector, successfully driving operational excellence, organizational growth, and strategic initiatives. As COO, McDonough will oversee day-to-day operations across Nationwide Boiler while working closely with the leadership team to strengthen organizational effectiveness, enhance company capabilities, and support long-term growth objectives. His focus on accountability, process improvement, and team development will help ensure Nationwide Boiler continues to deliver the responsive service and technical expertise customers have come to expect.
