CVMG growth includes new services and providers, six locations
FONTANA, Calif. - Californer -- Mary Perry, MD, MPH, joined the Cucamonga Valley Medical Group (CVMG) as a Family and Preventative Medicine Physician at the Central Fontana location.
"Her experience in preventative medicine will be a great addition to the CVMG Family," said Dr. Rahmi Mowjood, CEO of Cucamonga Valley Medical Group. "Dr. Perry is dedicated to bettering the lives of our patients, who are treated like family by our entire team. We provide passionate care to all our patients and are committed to healthcare that transforms people's quality of life."
Cucamonga Valley Medical Group opened a new Chino office in April to complement locations in Eastvale, North Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland and Central Fontana. CVMG's physicians and extenders provide their services at each site. In 13 years, CVMG has expanded from one office to the current six locations throughout the Inland Empire.
"I enjoy caring for individual patients and having that one-on-one relationship with them," Dr. Perry said. "But I also like to look at the bigger picture and see if there are ways to help improve health and prevent illness for many of our patients at once through programs, outreach, and education."

CVMG's physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners offer quality health care to patients from birth through their senior years. CVMG provides services in pediatrics, preventative medicine, adult care, acute care, chronic conditions and mental health.
CVMG's procedure clinics assist patients with basic dermatological procedures as well as joint and trigger point injections.
"I love that CVMG really lives up to the motto of 'treating you like family,'" said Dr. Perry, who earned her undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University; attended medical school at the University of Texas, and then completed her residency training at Loma Linda University.
"Each member of the CVMG team is excellent in their respective role while keeping a patient-centered focus," Perry said.
