The collaboration aims to make pricing contents more cost-effective and efficient
OTTAWA - Californer -- edjuster, a leading provider of end-to-end services for the property contents insurance marketplace, and Encircle, leading platform provider for restorers and insurers to document losses, have integrated their platforms to reduce cycle times and simplify contents valuation for contents listed by desk adjusters, independent adjusters, or contractors using Encircle.
With this new collaboration, project managers and field adjusters can now automatically upload all contents details, including photos, from Encircle directly into exclaim, edjuster's contents valuation software platform. All items can be fully documented and listed in the field using the Encircle Mobile App, or from a desktop using Link, Encircle's intuitive tool to connect adjusters and contractors with policyholders. Even better, once a detailed list is completed, it can be seamlessly uploaded into exclaim through Encircle, saving time and the unnecessary costs of data entry.

This integration significantly shortens contents cycle times from when a loss is documented to when the contents can be priced in exclaim. In turn, this reduces the time needed to conduct contents valuation, effectively lowering the cost of claims processing. Integrating the two platforms eliminates manual entry and duplication of effort, preventing delays in the processing of smaller content claims. The integration offers a streamlined approach with consistent outcomes for both the insurance company and their customers.
Contractors benefit as they are able to collaborate with insurers, enabling them to better manage their resources and time. It also offers restorers a complete workflow, transforming a fragmented process for small claims (under 100 items) and optimizing the inventory process. Similarly, insurers will appreciate higher quality descriptions of damaged or destroyed items and greater reliability of the listed data, allowing them to accurately payout claims.
"We are excited about the increased value that our collaboration with Encircle offers the industry. The integration of our platform with Encircle's delivers a greater experience for our customers," said Andy Williams, edjuster's President and CEO. "Underscored by powerful technology, and managed by contents claims experts, edjuster is proud to provide an enhanced claims experience for our North American insurers and their clients."
