"Readers will benefit greatly from the examples given of Pope Francis's engagement with the variety of people, cultures, and religions in different parts of the world. This book should be widely read and discussed. It can help to inspire more understanding and collaboration between different parts of humanity and make us realize that we all belong to the same Earth and Humanity and must work together to ensure the future of our common home." ~ Ursula King, Professor Emerita of Theology and Religious Studies, University of Bristol, UK

"This book shows how Pope Francis inspires us by his witness ....The juxtaposition of Pope Francis pioneering work and his moral voice calling for just political and economic actions with Teilhard's theology of evolution is an impassioned invitation to each one of us. We are being made aware of how to become a church of the Earth and regain our
responsibilities toward a global community that its about equity and equality because of the power of love." ~ Sister Judith (Joy) Esmenda, M.M.
The event fittingly took place on Valentine's Day, as it also celebrated the centennial anniversary of the foundation of the Maryknoll Sisters, a Valentine for the world.
