The CEO and leadership coach spent part of the Nordic summer as a student at Mindvalley's Mastery Summit and has published what the experience taught her about alignment, energy, and leading driven teams.
SAN RAMON, Calif. - Californer -- Harmony Vallejo, CEO of Universal Events Inc. and a leadership and alignment coach, has returned from Mindvalley's Mastery Summit, held under the Nordic midnight sun, and published a new series of insights drawn from the experience on her website.
In "What the Nordic Summer Taught Me About Alignment," Vallejo describes the value of being a student in a room she did not run, and shares a practice she calls the midnight sun test: tracking energy instead of hours for one week to find where a leader's life is aligned and where it is quietly draining.

The new insights join her ongoing series on leadership and alignment, including recent pieces on burnout, decision making for idea-rich founders, and why driven people commit hardest to choices they make with their own power intact.
Vallejo leads Universal Events Inc., a community outreach and fundraising company supporting nonprofit partners nationwide, and coaches founders and leaders on building lives and organizations that actually fit them. Her writing is published at https://www.harmonyvallejo.com/insights.
