~ Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) is set to open a new Korean restaurant, 'Na Oh,' on June 15, featuring the culinary expertise of Three-Michelin-Star Chef Corey Lee. The restaurant, located at HMGICS, will also serve as a cultural hub for Korean cuisine, craft, and design.
The name 'Na Oh' translates to 'moving from inside out' in Korean and reflects the restaurant's aim to showcase the work of Korean artisans. With Chef Lee at the helm, Na Oh will offer a modern twist on traditional Korean dishes, making it his first project in Southeast Asia.
"We're thrilled to bring this unique culinary experience to our Innovation Center in Singapore," said Sungwon Jee, Senior Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer at Hyundai Motor Company. "By collaborating with Chef Lee, we're blending Korean tradition with global innovation that represents modern Korean culture."
Chef Lee's summer menu will feature his innovative take on classic Korean dishes such as Mulhwe, a seafood dish served in an icy kimchi broth; Naengmyun, cold beef noodles; and Samgyetang, a chicken dish flavored with ginseng.

Na Oh will be open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. Reservations are recommended and can be made through the HMGICS website. Along with the restaurant's opening, HMGICS is also reopening its customer experience (CX) space with various interactive programs for local customers in Singapore.
The CX space will offer a free 80-minute CX Discovery Tour that can be reserved through the HMGICS website. This tour allows visitors to explore the center's vertical Smart Farm and experience a 3D Virtual Reality Tour and Skytrack Experience.
HMGICS is excited about the opening of Na Oh and believes it will not only provide a unique dining experience but also serve as a platform for promoting Korean culture globally. With Chef Lee's expertise and the use of ingredients from HMGICS's Smart Farm, Na Oh aims to offer a seed-to-table experience that highlights the importance of Korean fermentation and traditional ingredients.
The Group is looking forward to welcoming customers to Na Oh and the CX space at HMGICS, providing them with an immersive experience that combines Korean tradition with modern innovation.
