September issue: The Relationship Is the Reason, and the Partnership Is the Vehicle + Joel Rodriguez Tirado on faith, humble beginnings, and why purpose gives our roles life.
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Californer -- Impact & Influence Magazine has released its September 2026 issue, offering a deeply personal reflection on faith, growth, and the people who shape our journey.
As September arrives, contributing writer Joel Rodriguez Tirado reflects on how quickly the year has moved—and how much can change when we become intentional about our growth. After months of writing about wealth, protection, leadership, and personal development, he shares something more personal: his journey, his faith, his humble beginnings, and the people who helped shape who he is today.
"My life did not begin with every advantage or a clear roadmap for success," writes Joel Rodriguez Tirado. "Much of what I have accomplished has been built through determination, focus, sacrifice, faith, and the willingness to keep moving forward when the road was uncertain."

Joel Rodriguez Tirado shares that faith has been his strongest foundation. "Faith does not mean every step will be easy. For me, faith means trusting that there is purpose in the process."
He reflects on the roles he holds—author, friend, family man, leader, mentor, and speaker—noting that without purpose behind them, they would simply be titles. "Purpose gives those roles life."
Some of his most meaningful moments, he writes, have not happened on a stage but through simple conversations with family, friends, clients, and even strangers. "A conversation can change a person's direction. Someone can enter feeling discouraged and leave with hope."
At the beginning of this year, Joel Rodriguez Tirado committed to changing his perspective on how we build relationships. "We use the word relationship often, but not every relationship becomes a true partnership. The relationship is the reason, and the partnership is the vehicle."

He emphasizes that true leadership is not about being the only person in the room who succeeds—it is about creating an environment where others can succeed too.
"My humble beginnings keep me grounded," writes Joel Rodriguez Tirado. "Progress should never produce arrogance. Progress should produce gratitude. Sometimes we do not need to start over. Sometimes we simply need to refocus."
Published by JRQTV Media Group, Impact & Influence Magazine continues its rapid growth since its January 2025 debut. The September 2026 issue is available now in print and digital formats.
