LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Acclaimed bridal designer Lauren Elaine, known for her whimsical and cinematic couture gowns, is pulling back the curtain on a bold new venture: Like A Virgin Bridal (LAV) — a fashion-forward, thematic bridal brand created for the modern bride who doesn't believe in "doing things the way they've always been done."
The name is ironic. That's kind of the point.
"Like A Virgin" (LAV) pokes fun at wedding tradition while making space for something more honest, more personal, and more exciting. Designed for brides who value authenticity over expectation, LAV is a celebration of individuality — offering limited-edition, highly thematic bridal wardrobe pieces inspired by pop culture, music, film, and Americana.
"I've spent over a decade designing gowns for thousands of brides worldwide, but when I got married — I didn't wear one," says Elaine. "I didn't realize it at the time, but that decision sparked a shift in me creatively. LAV is the result."
