LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Centessa Pharmaceuticals plc ("Centessa" or "the Company") (NASDAQ: CNTA) for violations of the securities laws.

The Company added that "based on the results observed to date, the Company concluded that ZF874 was unlikely to achieve the desired target product profile." Based on this news, shares of Centessa fell by 5% on the same day.
