IOTAP (Work 365) Announces Integration with TDSynnex StreamOne Ion for advanced CSP and Billing Management for Microsoft Indirect Resellers

RESTON, Va. - Californer -- Work 365, a leading CSP management, subscription, and billing automation solution, announced an integration with TD Synnex's StreamOne ION platform. TDSynnex is a global technology distributor and solutions aggregator that partners with the entire Technology ecosystem through worldwide channel programs.

The integration enables Microsoft Partners to combine StreamOne Ion's marketplace capabilities with Work 365's advanced CSP Management, billing automation, and subscription tracking capabilities. The two-way integration leverages the latest StreamOne Ion APIs and synchs customers, subscriptions, subscription changes, and agreements.

The integration will simplify and streamline provisioning with the TD Synnex cloud platform, simplify CSP Management, and consolidate subscription billing and invoicing for Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and MSPs.

In addition, it will help sales, operations, and finance teams eliminate billing errors by automating subscription provisioning with TD Synnex.

The integration with ION was a result of the increased interest shown by Microsoft partners that work with TD Synnex on its StreamOne legacy platforms and use Work 365 for CSP management, billing automation, subscription, and renewal management.

Partners can now provide more value to their end customers by offering a self-service platform and simplifying their invoicing and billing operations.

Partners can now harness the power of Dynamics or Power Platform to efficiently manage billing relationships and subscriptions. They can also automate CSP subscriptions through TD Synnex and other Distributors and align billing with sales to generate accurate invoices, all within a single, integrated solution.
