Prior to joining Jacko Law Group, Mr. Leander founded his own practice, a corporate and securities law firm serving investors, startups, and other entrepreneurs in the United States and beyond. In that role, he provided general business law counsel in securities matters and managed the legal aspects of equity capital, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and structuring and direct listing for potential IPOs, among other services.

Preceding his private practice, Mr. Leander served as in-house counsel to Waive Car, Inc. and was a founding attorney and partner at the Wagoner Firm PLLC in Albany, NY.

Mr. Leander earned his J.D. from the Albany Law School, Albany, New York, after which he received an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation, Corporate Law, and Business Transactions from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a certified Fund Manager and applies his comprehensive qualifications to helping investors and counseling private fund advisers. His commitment to his clients has earned him the coveted Martindale Hubbell Platinum Client Champion honor (2023).
