Lennar's Everything's Included® Model Homes Now Open at Indigo at The Village of Escaya

CHULA VISTA, Calif. - Californer -- Lennar, the nation's leading homebuilder, is proud to announce the new Everything's Included® model homes at Indigo, an existing community at The Village of Escaya masterplan, are now open every day, with hours from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday–Sunday and 1 to 5:30 p.m. on Mondays. Formerly a CalAtlantic Homes community, the new Lennar models will showcase all the Everything's Included® features and upgrades that come in all new Lennar homes that are now selling at Indigo.

Indigo offers homebuyers three distinctive floorplans that range in size from approximately 1,950 to 2,165 square feet of living space. The homes offer four bedrooms and three bathrooms and come in a variety of elevation styles. All showcasing two-story layouts, the homes feature modern open-concept living areas, gourmet kitchens and luxurious master suites.

Every new Lennar home at Indigo will also come outfitted with homebuilder's signature Everything's Included® program. Each home comes complete with features and upgrades at no additional cost, such as stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, integrated home automation powered by Amazon Alexa and Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ home designs for whole-home connectivity.

Formerly a CalAtlantic Homes community, a select number of CalAtlantic Homes are still available for sale at Indigo, which provide the opportunity for customized features to match the homebuyer's personal style. The previous model homes, which showcase stunning upgrades throughout, are now selling.
