Peter Coe Verbica, US Congressional Candidate CD19 Wins the Endorsement of the SVGOP
BAY AREA, Calif. - Californer -- I am honored—and energized—to receive the SVGOP's endorsement for U.S. Congressional District 19 in the upcoming election.
This vote of confidence from an influential Republican central committee is deeply meaningful. My team and I, across Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo counties, are galvanized by this support and grateful for the opportunity it represents.
I extend my sincere thanks to Chair Dave Johnson, the Executive Committee, and everyone who participated in the January endorsement meeting. I appreciate the chance to share my vision for California and to engage with the collective wisdom of the SVGOP.
Just as important, I want to congratulate the full slate of Republicans who received SVGOP endorsements this week, including Carol Pefley, who is running for California Assembly, District 28.
Taken together, we represent a thoughtful, articulate, and common-sense Republican agenda—one focused on restoring balance and accountability in California government.
More on The Californer
This election year underscores, more than ever, the importance of Republicans working together in unison to challenge one-party supermajority control in our state.
I also want to be candid about what it takes to compete effectively in a district as large and geographically diverse as CD19. One of the most important—and costly—tools available to candidates is participation in official county voter guides. Funding candidate statements across four counties is expensive, but it is essential if we are serious about reaching voters where they are, with clarity and credibility.
If you believe in this campaign and the importance of presenting a strong Republican alternative, I respectfully ask for your financial support. Contributions help ensure our message is heard, our campaign remains viable, and our movement is not outspent into silence.
Republicans are independent thinkers. We won't always agree—and that is a strength. But when it matters most, unity of purpose and shared commitment are how we win.
