Under the agreement, Savvy Capital Management will provide strategic advisory services to prepare LightGuard Systems for an upcoming $1,500,000 capital raise. The engagement will support bridge financing, capitalization structuring, strategic planning, business development, technology implementation, and market expansion for LightGuard's next-generation traffic safety portfolio.
The collaboration comes at a pivotal time as LightGuard Systems continues to commercialize two breakthrough technologies designed to improve roadway and crosswalk safety: the HeadsUp!® mobile application and the Eco RRFB™ platform.
● HeadsUp!® App: A Bluetooth traffic safety application. Utilizing Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) beacons that integrate into infrastructure or are carried by pedestrians, the app delivers timely, non-distracting audible and visual alerts directly to smartphones when motorists approach active crosswalks, school buses, school zones, bicyclists, or specialized road hazards.
