Professional racers use Maglock Air's coupling system to easily attach and remove the fresh air hose from their helmets
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. - Californer -- Maglock Air, is the industry's first and only patented magnetic coupling system that is designed to easily secure a racing fresh-air system's hose to a helmet. With more than five years of development, the Maglock Air is fire resistant, accepted by most major racing sanctioning bodies, and is mandatory as a safety system in major sports car events.
"When it was first introduced three years ago, Maglock Air gained immediate legitimacy with racers who saw the advantages of the product in real-world racing applications, and who understood the overall safety aspects it can provide," said Rainmaker Solutions Inc. CEO Ed Jaeger. "Created from my more than 30-years of experience in off-road, it is a proven product that is used by teams such as Andretti Autosport (Indy Cars), Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (NASCAR), Ricky Johnson (Off-Road), Guy Cosmo (IMSA) and many others. Aside from professional racers, the system is ideal for the weekend UTV warrior, entry level sportsman, and any driver who utilizes a forced-air system with their helmet."

The Maglock Air magnetic coupling system is a proprietary design that attaches the air hose to the helmet, providing vital fresh air to the user, and creates an airtight seal with 20 lbs. of force. Manufactured from the highest quality materials, and thoroughly tested and proven in the most extreme racing conditions, the Maglock Air coupling system can be easily disconnected with a slight side-pull on the air hose. When not in use, the hose attaches to the roof-mounted magnetic. "The system makes it incredibly fast, secure, easy for driver changes, and adapts to any helmet using a top or side mount air-hose fitting," says Jaeger.
The Maglock Air comes with air hose and helmet connectors, an interior magnetic mount, and a dust cover cap. Optional accessories include a Maglock Air lightweight and flexible air hose, a side air hose helmet kit, a Savage Designs carbon fiber top helmet applique for Maglock Air, adaptors for use with Rugged Radio hoses, and an helmet separator and adaptor for use with S&B's particle separator.

In addition to providing a superior helmet-to-air hose connection, the Maglock Air can also be upgraded to incorporate Rainmaker Solutions Inc.'s hydration system called FluidLogic, a fully programmable hassle-free, high tech hydration system that is scientifically proven to improve racer's focus and performance in racing situations, as well as aid in post-race recovery.
