TORRANCE, Calif. - Californer -- Michael Pereira, CHMM, a senior environmental consultant and risk management professional, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), an international due diligence, design and construction risk management firm headquartered in Torrance, California, as a National Client Manager.

Mr. Pereira will oversee an assortment of due diligence assessments for Partner's bank clients and their broad scope of commercial real estate projects, including environmental risk management, Property Condition Assessments, and seismic analysis and retrofit guidance. Working throughout the Pacific Northwest region, Mr. Pereira brings over two decades of multi-disciplinary experience across the environmental consulting industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked on thousands of projects, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, site remediation and underground storage tank removals, vapor extraction systems, groundwater remediation, soil removal solutions, and an assortment of Industrial Hygiene services.
