This build-to-suit project underscores both firms' continued commitment to delivering high-performance facilities that support essential public services.
Strategically designed to meet the VA's evolving healthcare delivery needs, the medical office will offer expanded services and improved access for veterans in the region. The new facility will feature modern clinical space, advanced infrastructure, and patient-centered design elements that promote comfort, privacy, and care efficiency.
