COVINGTON, Ky. - Californer -- CrossPoint is proud to announce its latest partnership with ZRB, bringing a new 20,000+ square foot, state-of-the-art medical office building to serve the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This build-to-suit project underscores both firms' continued commitment to delivering high-performance facilities that support essential public services.
Strategically designed to meet the VA's evolving healthcare delivery needs, the medical office will offer expanded services and improved access for veterans in the region. The new facility will feature modern clinical space, advanced infrastructure, and patient-centered design elements that promote comfort, privacy, and care efficiency.

ZRB brings deep expertise in government-focused projects, and their collaboration with CrossPoint ensures a seamless delivery from design through completion. Construction is slated to begin July of 2025.
