Drawing on 10 years of experience in rehabilitation, strength training, and performance coaching, TJ will help you to reach your goals with precision and care.
He loves his work. As a NASM-certified personal trainer and honors graduate from San Diego State University, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a specialty in fitness and nutrition. This education has given TJ deep insight into how the human body works.
TJ's passion for fitness began with competitive baseball as a child. During his high school years, he discovered the life-changing power of personal training. These focused workouts transformed his strength, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, and confidence to a higher level of happiness.
