SAN FRANCISCO, July 18, 2024 ~ San Francisco-based real estate investment firm, Hamilton Zanze & Co., has announced that their Senior Director of Tax, Scarlet Tam, has been recognized as a member of GlobeSt.'s Women of Influence Class of 2024 in the Corporate Real Estate Executive category.

Tam is responsible for overseeing income tax matters for Hamilton Zanze properties and management companies, including federal and state tax reporting, tax planning, and structuring. With her extensive knowledge and expertise in the field, she has played a crucial role in the success of the company.

The Women of Influence awards program has been recognizing female professionals in commercial real estate since 1983.
