SAN FRANCISCO, July 18, 2024 ~ San Francisco-based real estate investment firm, Hamilton Zanze & Co., has announced that their Senior Director of Tax, Scarlet Tam, has been recognized as a member of GlobeSt.'s Women of Influence Class of 2024 in the Corporate Real Estate Executive category.
Tam is responsible for overseeing income tax matters for Hamilton Zanze properties and management companies, including federal and state tax reporting, tax planning, and structuring.
