WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - Californer -- YMCA branches serving the Conejo Valley/Las Virgenes, Simi Valley and Moorpark areas are registering students in TK through fifth grade for after-school child care programs for the coming 2025-26 school year.
Childcare is available on school days, pupil-free days and minimum days. Camp programs are held during Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks and any school furlough days. Each program provides a structured environment that includes homework time, arts and crafts, sports and science. All childcare staff are state-licensed and CPR and first aid certified.
In the Las Virgenes School District, YMCA child care is offered at Sumac/Mariposa, Willow and Yerba Buena elementary schools in Agoura Hills and White Oak Elementary School in Westlake Village.

YMCA provides child care at M.A.T.E.S. Charter School in Thousand Oaks and Peach Hill Academy in Moorpark.
In Simi Valley, YMCA child care is at Atherwood, Big Springs, Hollow Hills, Justin Early Learners Academy, Sycamore, White Oak and Katherine elementary schools.
Parents can register their children by going to www.sevymca.org/child-care. Children can attend full time or part time with flexible time slots available. Daycare dismissal is at 6:00 p.m. Before-school childcare availability will depend on the level of interest.
