ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Orange County attorney Alexis N. Flores has been appointed to serve on the board of directors for Mariposa Women and Family Center. Since 1977, Mariposa has assisted Orange County's women, men, and families with innovative counseling programs and therapies to help achieve balance both at home and in the workplace. The nonprofit's programs include counseling, group therapy, substance abuse counseling, equine therapy, and school-based mental health counseling.
Flores is a commercial litigation associate in the Orange County office. She actively serves on the planning committee of the Young Lawyers Division for the Federal Bar Association of Orange County. Flores received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Notre Dame Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
