Sorensen has represented a variety of domestic and international clients including founders, private developers and equity investors, borrowers, construction contractors, equipment suppliers and a variety of other for-profit and non-profit entities. She has extensive experience counseling foreign-based businesses on the legal issues involved with entering the United States and cultural familiarity to facilitate cross-border interactions.  She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, her MBA from Loyola Marymount University, and her B.S. from University of California, Berkeley.
