A common theme among approvals is alignment with the objectives of current Administration
LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Gallagher Domanski Professional Law Corporation, an employment-based immigration law firm, is celebrating recent approvals of national interest waiver petitions with its accomplished clients. Recent EB-2 NIW approvals include a Geoscientist, an Urban and Regional Planner, a Civil Engineer, and a Medical Scientist.
"I have had to adjust the personalized strategies for NIW cases, as approval rates have dropped at USCIS," said Jean Domanski, President and Lead Attorney at Gallagher Domanski. "I have always been selective with the cases that I accept, and I am consistently adjusting my approach as the immigration space changes."
A common theme among the recently approved cases is an alignment with the objectives of the current Administration. These include domestic enhanced oil recovery in the United States, brain research that benefits U.S. veterans, and innovations that bolster American infrastructure.

"These approvals demonstrate the importance of presenting each NIW petition as a carefully developed, evidence-based case," Domanski said. "The goal is to clearly establish not only the foreign national's qualifications, but also how the proposed endeavor can benefit the United States on a broad scale."
Established in 2021, Gallagher Domanski Professional Law Corporation (http://eb2-niw.org) is primarily focused on EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) cases, and Gallagher Domanski (https://www.youtube.com/@eb2niwlady) is also retained by EB-1A Extraordinary Ability clients. Jean Gallagher Domanski is one of the few highly skilled immigration attorneys in the USA who is also a member of MENSA and has an M.A. in Communication.
