Tinen is an experienced capital markets and securities attorney well-versed in all facets of securities law compliance and transactions. He regularly counsels public and private companies on a wide range of capital markets and corporate transactions, including IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, follow-on offerings, up-listings, cross-border dual listings and PIPE transactions, as well as SEC reporting, corporate governance, and private securities offerings for both emerging and established businesses.
