Ms. Jacko brings extensive experience with the regulatory framework governing financial services businesses to her corporate practice. She advises investment advisers, investment companies, broker-dealers, private fund managers, financial advisers, and other regulated businesses on the corporate and regulatory considerations that can impact strategic transactions and business decisions.

Her experience includes advising clients through mergers and acquisitions, ownership and leadership transitions, succession planning, and other corporate transactions where securities laws and financial services regulations may affect business objectives. She also provides counsel on risk mitigation and regulatory matters, including SEC and FINRA examinations, investigations, and enforcement matters.

Ms. Jacko is a sought-after speaker at national industry conferences and a regular contributor to leading financial services and legal publications. She is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL), served two terms on the board of the National Society of Compliance Professionals, and is a co-founder of the Southern California Compliance Group. She is also a FINRA arbitrator and holds the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designation.
