The Rancho Cordova outreach and event marketing company sent its team to a national leadership conference in Dallas this July, returning with new practices the company is already putting to work.
RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. - Californer -- Synergize Inc., a nonprofit outreach and event marketing company serving the greater Sacramento region, sent its team to a national leadership conference in Dallas, Texas in late July 2026.
Over several days of workshops, panels, and networking sessions, the Synergize team met with peers from markets across the country, comparing notes on team building, training, and community outreach. The company documented the trip in a photo series across its social channels and in a recap article on its website.

"A full notebook is only worth the two or three things that survive the flight home," the company wrote in its recap, published at synergizeinc.org/news. Among the changes Synergize says it is adopting: weekly recognition instead of quarterly, tighter morning meetings, and ongoing contact with the teams it met so ideas keep moving between markets.
Synergize Inc. was founded by Kevin Swimmer and represents nonprofit partners including L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs and Violence) and Stand For The Silent at community events and school programs across the Sacramento area. The company is based at 2880 Sunrise Blvd, Suite 200, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.
