This award, inaugurated in 2023 and first presented to Grammy-winning artist Macy Gray, honors individuals who have made a profound impact in the arts and continue to inspire future generations.
Tiran Porter, best known for his groundbreaking contributions to the iconic rock band The Doobie Brothers, will be celebrated for his decades of influence in the music industry. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Porter joined The Doobie Brothers in 1972, bringing a signature sound that would define the band's unique blend of rock, R&B, and country.
