LOS ANGELES - Californer -- TitleChain Foundation today opened a global call for people and organizations to help build public-interest infrastructure for human-controlled AI, portable identity, accountable automation, digital assets and the emerging edge economy.

The Foundation is inviting engineers, educators, mentors, entrepreneurs, researchers, institutions, employers, public-interest organizations and sponsors to participate through its public GitHub commons.

The immediate opportunity is to review and strengthen the Foundation's public recommendations regarding the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's proposed modernization of transfer-agent rules. Contributors are invited to identify missing investor-protection safeguards, legal and technical questions, security risks, interoperability needs, implementation realities and recommendations that can help inform the Foundation's public comment process.

"AI has been moving into systems that shape work, identity, information, assets and economic opportunity," said Pamela Norton, Founder of TitleChain Foundation. "The real question is whether power stays concentrated in a few monopolies or returns to the people who actually do the work. We are not asking permission to build the alternative. The public, technical and regulatory commons has to be built now, before closed systems, unaccountable agents and proprietary cages harden into the default, and the machine ends up owning us instead of the other way around."

TitleChain Foundation's core principle is simple: human authority comes first. AI agents, wallets, employee accounts, contractor credentials, smart contracts, API keys and third-party integrations may assist with authorized work, but they must not become independent sources of authority.

A Public Reference Architecture
Through its open standards work, the Foundation is developing a public reference architecture for identity, credentials, provenance, consent, policy, auditability, interoperable records and bounded AI agents. The goal is to help people and institutions move beyond closed, platform-controlled systems toward a more open and portable sovereign internet.

Join the Activation and Workforce Waitlist
The Foundation also invites people to join its activation and workforce waitlist. Those who want to teach, mentor, learn new skills, launch a business, hire emerging talent, sponsor cohorts or build new services can register their interest in the growing human + AI economy.

The pathway is:  I AM → I KNOW → I CAN → I DID → I CAN TEACH → I CAN EARN

"WE NEED YOU NOW," Norton said. "Read the work. Comment on the SEC recommendations. Bring your knowledge. Teach, mentor, build, sponsor, launch and help create direct pathways into the future M5 edge-economy."
