RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - Californer -- Phillip E. Walker-MFA Executive Produces creation of a film 9/30-10/2/22, then the next weekend his 8th annual Indigenous Film Retreats is held 10/8-10/22.
During today's Facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064402400899 BTN Literary Salon, participating artists will discuss these two upcoming filmmaker gatherings plus the recently completed Academy Award Nomination Qualifying Standard Theatrical Run of "2022 Black History Month...". This coming weekend 2022 Rancho Cucamonga 48 Hour Film Project creates a mini short which competes to win the Inland Empire regional, to qualify for LA's 2023 Filmapalooza. There the World's regional winners vie for Festival de Cannes 2023 Short Film Corner inclusion.

With Editor, Assistant Director, Sound Technician, Designer, Hair & Makeup plus Wardrobe volunteer positions still available, this currently constructed Team is lead by soon to be distributed fantastical 35mm feature film "Moon Garden" creators John Michael Elders-Producer and Ryan Stevens Harris-Director plus 321 Action Films' Franklin Whitlatch-Director of Photography. In addition to Mr. Walker himself, performers in this petite motion picture will include Pomona's Margaret Newborn-Writer, LA's Vincent J. Issac-Lighting, San Diego's Eva Beim-Composer, San Bernardino's Jacquetta Green-Graphics and Burbank's Mark Chinnery-Production Assistant. So far, this creative team is rounded out with Aurora, Colorado's Hope D. Williams-Production Manager and SJSU Professor Emeritus Dr. Ethel Pitts Walker-Caterer.
As all http://48IE.com artists who complete their task(s) by Sunday's deadline will subsequently be awarded for their work by at least one of the World's film awards events, you are encouraged to contact WEA in order to become a part of the action.

Then, the very next weekend will see the 8th annual Indigenous Film Retreats (IFR) gathering of Special Guest Judges plus Presenters' viewing and discussing the marketing of indie short films during BlackMovieFest on Saturday Oct. 8th, the Inland Empire Film Festival held on Sunday Oct. 9th and the Indigenous Film Fest closing of this 3 days of celebration on the USA Indigenous People's Holiday itself - Oct. 10th.
With only four films or videos being screened each IFR day, a few slots remain available for you to present live & in-person in Rancho Cucamonga, CA your under 16 minutes in length production plus discuss its marketing with attending entertainment industry specialists and the public. Only three days remain available to register your short at http://wfcn.co/festival/Indigenous.
