The NABC has selected the University of Saint Katherine as one of its final Teams of the Week for the 2019-20 season.
SAN MARCOS, Calif. - Californer -- The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) includes a membership of nearly 5,000 men's basketball coaches throughout the ranks of the NCAA, NAIA, junior and community colleges and high school.
The NABC has selected Eastern Illinois University, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Case Western Reserve University, the University of Saint Katherine and Johnson County Community College as its final Teams of the Week for the 2019-20 season.
Saint Katherine closed out the regular season last week by going a perfect 3-0 to extend the program's winning streak to 11-straight games. On Monday, the Firebirds upset 12th-ranked The Master's on the road, 73-71, before returning home for a dominant 107-55 victory over Westcliff on Wednesday. Saint Katherine concluded the impressive week with a 76-52 win over UC Santa Cruz on Saturday to improve to 15-10 overall and 9-0 in West Region play.

Head Coach Kevin Williamson stated," I just wanted to say thank you for everyone's help and support this season. What a great way to end the regular season! Now onto the national tournament in mid-March."
