The new members are Dr. James Snider, John Erickson, and Jim McMenamy.  James Snider, a current CEO at Critical Diagnostics, brings unparalleled experience and clinical expertise in the cardiovascular business career spanning three decades.  James is a great complement to Veyond Metaverse and adds a unique perspective, given his accomplished cardiovascular IVD and business career.

John Erickson is a dynamic and strategic senior global health care business leader with success-based experience from Fortune 50 to start-ups including Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Bio-Rad, Nexus Dx, and as a consultant to diabetes, clinical diagnostic, and life science companies. John has been recognized for proven leadership in delivering superior results, developing profitable growth strategies, and building high-performance teams. Additionally, John has been responsible for developing, launching, and managing over three dozen scientific products with cumulative revenues in excess of $4 billion and has raised more than $50 million in investment capital. John's experiential portfolio and business acumen also include strategy development and execution, capital funding, organizational design, and cultural change management, numerous global new product launches, joint venture management, corporate partnerships, product licensing agreements, intellectual property strategy, Digital Health, and Point of Care (POC), and emerging market development expertise. John's experience will be a critical value for Veyond Metaverse.

Jim McMenamy has spent the last 30+ years focusing primarily on the development and worldwide launch of numerous Human and Veterinary Clinical Diagnostic Test Systems with a specific focus on the Point of Care Marketplace.  He has launched dozens of new products in Infectious Diseases, Cancer Markers, Fertility Tests, Drugs of Abuse, etc., both Instrumented and non-Instrumented.  He has held leadership positions in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Corporate Development, and General Management with companies such as Samsung (NexusDx), Becton Dickinson, Quidel, ACON Labs, Alere/Inverness Medical, scil/Henry Schein Animal Health, and diatron/Stratec Corp.
