PASADENA, Calif. - Californer -- Driven by a passion for relevant issues and accountability to residents on important issues.  Shay has dedicated himself to improving the lives of Pasadena residents. With 12 years as a commissioner on the Northwest Commission, over four decades as a business owner, experienced in law, policy and real estate. As the only person running for mayor who is a PUSD product and the full Pasadena experience, which includes holding a political science degree, a Juris Doctorate, and a licensed real estate broker. He has demonstrated a track record of leadership and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the Pasadena community.
