MURRIETA, Calif. - Californer -- As fibermaxxing dominates wellness searches, Fun And Easy Health founder Brittany Poliska offers Murrieta and Temecula adults a personalized way to explore bloating, digestion, food patterns and gut wellness.
MURRIETA, Calif. — Fiber is having a major wellness moment.
Google reported that searches for "fibermaxxing" jumped 115% as interest in dietary fiber reached an all-time high in 2026. But for people already struggling with bloating, gas, reflux, constipation or digestive discomfort, simply adding more fiber may not answer the bigger question:
What does my digestion actually need?
Brittany Poliska, founder of Fun And Easy Health in Murrieta, California, is encouraging people to move beyond one-size-fits-all wellness trends and take a more personalized look at their digestive patterns.
"People see a health trend and immediately start adding foods, powders or supplements," said Poliska, a holistic kinesiologist and health coach. "Sometimes the better first step is slowing down and looking at what you are already experiencing."

Fun And Easy Health offers a three-step Digestive Evaluation Pathway for adults who want more direction around bloating after meals, gas, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, food-sensitivity symptoms, fatigue after eating, sugar cravings, brain fog or the feeling that digestion is simply "off."
The wellness-based process begins with a review of symptoms, lifestyle and digestive patterns. Poliska may also use muscle-response observations and wellness-oriented reflex indicators while exploring areas such as stomach support, digestion, elimination, hydration, nutrition and everyday habits.
Recent bloodwork may also be brought to a session for educational comparison.
The purpose is not to diagnose digestive disease or determine food allergies. Instead, the pathway helps clients organize what they are experiencing and develop practical next steps rather than continually guessing or following every new wellness trend.
Sessions are available in Murrieta and select appointments are available remotely.
