LOS ANGELES - Californer -- The Beyond Hollywood Int'l Film Festival returns to Los Angeles this spring with a highly anticipated lineup of films, panels and an awards ceremony.
The festival will open on April 20th and run through until April 22nd with the closing night to feature a full red carpet with Getty images and then conclude with a star studded gala event to announce the festival winners.
Showcasing three days of industry panels, screenings and closing awards, it will be held at the Regal LA Live Complex and provide greater access to networking for those attending the event.
Special guests attending with more to be named include Shondrella Avery (Napoleon Dynamite) and David Rountree (Cut).
In 2022 the sold out event was held at the Performing Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills and featured winners including Michael Schilf (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1963334/) winning Best Director for The Fixer. James Pratt winning Best Actor for his lead role in Malibu Crush, Bonnie McKee (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonnie_McKee) Winning Best Short for April Kills the Vibe and Ava Cantrell (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm4077567/) winning Best Actress for her performance in Twenty-Two However, this year to accommodate the high demand for guests and spectators, the festival will be held at the prestigious Regal LA Live Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles.

The Beyond Hollywood International Film Festival (BHIFF) is the place for aspiring filmmakers who wish to take their careers to new heights. Guests will have the opportunity to mingle with the best in the business.
"The move to make the festival run over three days was also a reflection of the sheer quality of films that will be screened and the opportunities for people attending," said Festival Director, Chez.
BHIFF's mission is to recognize overlooked individuals and communities who seek to inspire, educate and share their world through film.
Beyond Meat, Revel, Wilson Land Company & 5120 Productions are the 2023 sponsors for BHIFF.

In 2019, they created their festival and entitled it "Beyond Hollywood" because they want to lend a hand beyond Hollywood to creators and artists who rarely have a chance to share their stories beyond their own communities.
