LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Calder Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Boulder Landscaping, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, by Strata Landscape Services, headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Strata Landscape Services continued its expansion strategy through the majority buyout acquisition of Boulder Landscaping.
Strata Landscape Services provides commercial landscaping solutions across the Western United States. Led by CEO Justin Crandall, Strata engaged Calder Capital as its exclusive Buy-Side M&A advisor as they sought to continue building a portfolio of complementary landscape companies in new geographies.
Founded and led by Wray Dix, Boulder Landscaping of the Salt Lake City area, offers the region landscaping design, installation, and maintenance services.
Hannah Nabhan of Calder Capital served as the Lead Buy-Side Director for the transaction. Hannah was aided by her colleagues, Buy-Side Directors, Sam Scharich and Parker Schaap.
The deal was executed off-market, with Calder facilitating 32 introductions and 25 qualified leads to date, as part of its ongoing Buy-Side advisory engagement with Strata. Nabhan advised Strata Landscape Services from prospecting through closing, with Boulder as Strata's second acquisition with Calder Capital since their engagement began in April 2024.
