LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1, 2024 ~ Bruxie, a popular "culinary casual" concept, is making its mark in the Los Angeles dining scene with the opening of two new locations in college communities. The brand, known for its inviting atmosphere and creative menu offerings, will be opening at UCLA's Westwood Village on November 6th and at The Shops at USC Village on November 13th.
Founded in Southern California 14 years ago, Bruxie has become known for its elevated fast-casual dining experience. With a focus on fresh ingredients and innovative flavors, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience that combines friendly service with chef-driven dishes. The new locations at Westwood Village and USC Village will continue this tradition of providing high-quality food in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
CEO Scott Grinstead expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, "With eight successful locations already in Southern California, we are thrilled to open two new restaurants in the Los Angeles market. These university-adjacent locations join vibrant communities that appreciate quality dining experiences and value our commitment to exceptional service."
