Governor Newsom also announced updates to the state's mental health website, mentalhealth.ca.gov. These new accountability tools will track the progress of Proposition 1 and other behavioral health initiatives that aim to increase access to care and housing for Californians.

California continues to lead in climate action with the launch of its first-in-the-nation hydrogen hub. This is part of Governor Newsom's "build more, faster" agenda that focuses on deploying clean infrastructure and creating jobs.

In addition to these initiatives, California is investing over $2 billion in public transportation as part of its transit recovery package from last year's state budget. This funding will support communities throughout the state in their efforts to improve public transportation.

Governor Newsom was joined by state and federal leaders in celebrating these important investments in California's future. With these actions, the state is making strides towards a more sustainable and equitable future for all its residents.
