~ Tomorrow, California's First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom will be joining forces with Olympic and World Cup Champion Brandi Chastain to celebrate Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind Day at a local Boys & Girls Club in the Bay Area. The event, which is part of a statewide day of action, aims to promote the importance of movement, mindfulness, and play for children.

The interactive celebration will take place at 3:50 p.m. on Thursday, May 1 and will feature various activities for kids to participate in. These include pickleball, soccer, and Zumba for physical movement as well as mindfulness crafts and yoga for calming activities.
