Cappello's continues to expand its line of uncompromisingly delicious pizzas with two new vegetarian offerings: the FIRST EVER grain-free White Pizza and a drool-worthy Margherita Pizza. The history-making White Pizza is topped with spinach and caramelized onion and offers plant-paradox friendly eaters a savory, nightshade-free option. The Margherita Pizza, made with tomatoes, fresh basil, roasted garlic and whole milk mozzarella, breathes new life into a pizza classic promising the freshest margherita flavor in the frozen food aisle.
In keeping with Cappello's reputation of boasting the cleanest ingredient profile on the market, both new pizza creations use only carefully chosen, real-food ingredients. Each features Cappello's signature almond flour crust. Almonds, the hero ingredient for all of Cappello's foods, have proven themselves to be a nutritionally dense alternative to wheat-based products. These power-packed crusts are filled with protein, fiber and healthy fats, and never compromise on taste or texture even in comparison to their wheat-based counterparts.

In addition to the latest pizzas, the brand is rolling out new multi-serve boxes of its Sweet Potato Gnocchi and Almond Flour Spaghetti. The move comes in response to the extraordinarily positive consumer reaction to last year's limited test of these varieties. Both products will receive increased distribution in June, making them available on shelves nationally alongside the brand's existing line of frozen fresh Lasagna Sheets, Fettuccine and Gnocchi. All of Cappello's pastas are available in the frozen aisle as it allows the team to bring consumers the freshest, restaurant-quality taste to enjoy in the comfort of their own homes. Cappello's is proud to be the only maker of pasta in the grocery store whose offerings are fully grain free and giving eaters the highest quality, clean ingredient options.
