RALEIGH, N.C. - Californer -- Corcoran DeRonja Real Estate, a leading brokerage known for its collaborative culture and deep local expertise, proudly announces that Siobhán Simões has joined the firm as a Broker Associate.
From building forts as a child in Westchester to helping families build their dreams in North Carolina, Siobhán's lifelong passion for real estate has shaped her journey. With advanced degrees in French, Psychology, Linguistics, and Pedagogy from Manhattanville College, she brings both analytical insight and a teacher's heart to her work.
Before entering real estate, Siobhán spent more than a decade in education - teaching, creating curricula, and founding a thriving homeschool cooperative in California's East Bay. There, she collaborated with educators from UC Berkeley and inspired students through her love of English Language Arts. After relocating to North Carolina, she turned her focus to residential real estate, specializing in hard-to-sell properties and helping families relocating to the Triangle area find their perfect home.
