Stellar Collection model COS-RIS365SS has five induction burners and a 6.1- cubic-foot convection oven
CHINO, Calif. - Californer -- Cosmo Appliances released the COS-RIS365SS, a 36-inch slide-in induction range in stainless steel, as part of its Stellar Collection. The range is available at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Wayfair at a list price of $4,266.99.
The smooth ceramic glass cooktop has five induction burners: one 2,500-watt, two 1,600-watt and two 1,200-watt, plus a 3,600-watt sync bridge for larger cookware such as griddles. The 6.1- cubic-foot convection oven offers bake, convection bake, broil, air fry, delay start and keep warm functions, all controlled through a digital display.
A steam clean cycle loosens baked-on residue without a separate cleaning product. The oven has a large window and interior lighting, and its bake element is hidden beneath the enamel interior. Cool-to-touch handles, an oven cooling ventilation system and overheat protection are included.

"Induction has moved from a niche option to something many homeowners ask for by name,"
said Michael, Brand Manager at Cosmo Appliances. "The COS-RIS365SS gives them a full-size 36-inch range with air fry and steam clean, without adding a separate appliance."
