Imperato was expected to remain as CEO of Aliveadvisor but realized that his skill set is in global Infrastructure and strategic partnering for the overall corporation's global expansion advisory and infrastructure platform of services. Imperato will focus on Octobotic Infrastructure and licensing of the Aliveadvisor Trademark worldwide.

Vinod will step in to run Aliveadvisor and complete the Development of an autonomous platform with the Integration of a fully encrypted back end for Aliveadvisor and finish the master supply contacts with Oracle and other suppliers.
