New private knowledge and publishing environment gives Executive Fellows a central place to access Decode resources, discover peer perspectives, develop original content, and contribute their experience to the network.
ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Californer -- Decode Digital Works today announced the launch of the Fellows Library, a private knowledge and publishing environment for its Executive Fellows network. The Library brings Decode research, Executive Reference Frameworks, leadership perspectives, event materials, and Fellow and Advisor contributions together in a structured, searchable environment.
More importantly, it gives Fellows a place to contribute their own knowledge.
Experienced technology leaders accumulate significant knowledge throughout their careers, but lessons from transformations, difficult decisions, successes, and failures are often never captured for other executives to learn from.
"One of the reasons we created Decode Digital Works was to bring experienced technology leaders together around the realities of actually leading and delivering in complex enterprises," said Kelly Nunez, Co-Founder and Partner of Decode Digital Works. "The Fellows Library gives us a way to capture that experience and turn it into knowledge another executive can use. Over time, that creates a body of knowledge built from the experience of the network."

A Knowledge Environment for Executive Leaders
The Fellows Library includes Decode's six Executive Reference Frameworks covering Delivery & Operating Model, Modernization & Transformation, Data, Analytics & AI Enablement, Cybersecurity & Compliance, Resilience & Recovery, and Governance & Executive Oversight.
It also includes executive research, events, leadership perspectives, Fellow and Advisor contributions, and other resources developed for the network. As the collection grows, the Library is designed to become a living knowledge base rather than an archive of documents.
Giving Fellows a Place to Create
Each Fellow has a private draft workspace where contributions can be developed before publication. Decode provides publishing templates and guidance to help Fellows turn their experience into structured executive content.
Completed contributions are submitted for review and feedback. Fellows can revise their work before approval, after which it is added to the appropriate published collection and becomes part of the network's shared knowledge.

Access and Discovery
Search, tags, structured navigation, and recently viewed content help members discover information as the Library expands. Access is limited to authorized members and protected through individual accounts and multi-factor authentication.
The launch establishes the foundation for a knowledge base designed to grow alongside the Executive Fellows network.
