LOS ANGELES - Californer -- MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif., — westdrift Manhattan Beach, Autograph Collection announces the appointment of Shane Allor as General Manager, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across luxury hotels and resorts.

Allor brings expertise in hotel operations, revenue strategy, food and beverage, golf and guest experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Premier Linen Services. Previously, as Vice President and General Manager of JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, he helped drive $20 million in year-over-year revenue growth in 2023, followed by record performance in 2024.

His career also includes leadership positions at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Rancho Las Palmas Marriott Resort & Spa, The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage and Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort.
