Platform enables tight collaboration between customer, agency and tier-two supply base to drive sourcing process efficiencies
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Californer -- ELEVATE (https://www.elevatesaas.com/), Inc., delivering world-class total talent management technologies for today's high-performing, nimble organizations, announced the availability of its ELEVATE VMS (vendor management system) solution, with specific functionality aimed at addressing the needs of staffing industry providers. The new service line is targeted at staffing companies, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firms and master vendor programs (MVP).
According to a recent report from Staffing Industry Analysts, the firm explored the propensity for staffing firms to automate worker process functions versus buyer process functions. In almost every case, staffing firms were more likely to automate the worker processes involved in sourcing candidates (54%), than the buyer processes (20%). The ELEVATE VMS (https://elevatesaas.com/vendor-management-syste...) solution fills this gap on the buyer side by automating client engagement in the sourcing process. Key features which serve to better involve the client in candidate sourcing include, simplified requirement creation on the client side, efficient candidate submittals, joint candidate review, interview scheduling, offer tracking and resource onboarding. As an additional value-add, suppliers can better automate their vendor management processes and develop more collaborative relationships with their tier-two supply base by leveraging ELEVATE's supplier management module.
